From Seed to Plate in 5-7 Days

I hope you’re ready to grow your own microgreens.  These tiny vegetable greens are packed full of nutrients, and even have more vital nutrients than mature plants. Microgreens are not the same as sprouts.

Since their leaves come in a wide variety of shapes and colors, they are used as a visual and flavor enhancer to your meal. The most important aspect of microgreens  is how nutritious they are to eat. The flavor is more intense in these tiny plants as compared to their mature plants, and they definitely enhance the flavor of your sandwiches, salads and soups. However, microgreens are most nutritious when used raw.
