If you have a great harvest you can give some away to family and friends, or eat as much as you can, but what about the remainder. If you don’t store your produce the correct way and at the correct temperature, you’ll find that you can end up throwing a lot of your produce in the garbage, or if you have a compost, that’s where it will all end up.
