Garlic contains many vitamins and minerals some of which are, Vitamin A, B6, B12, K, and niacin and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, sulphur and copper. Cooking destroys some of the nutrients in garlic such as Allicin, so finding ways to consume raw garlic is beneficial.
