It’s summer so think … Strawberries, lovely, juicy strawberries. You buy them all the time and enjoy them in so many different ways. Use them in fruit salads, smoothies, jellies, desserts and in jams or by themselves. Whichever way you use them they’re enjoyable and very healthy.
Strawberries are very healthy as they contain vitamins C, B6 and some manganese, copper and potassium, to mention a few minerals. They can help boost your immune system due to their high vitamin C content.
